Improve self confidence, self esteem, coordination, balance and self defense skills. We offer separate kids and adult classes as well as traditional weapons training. All classes are taught by certified black belts who are currently training. Take advantage of our first-two-classes-free offer. We have family and multi-martial arts rates.
